Northfield Spaces is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps property owners, landlords, consultants and businesses organise records, projects, documents, assets and operational activities from a single workspace.

Strictly a software platform. All plans are fixed-price software subscriptions giving you access to platform features. I do not provide physical, consulting or contractor services.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based with granular permissions at workspace, property and folder level. Every action is logged to an audit timeline.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data remains yours. You can export your records in standard formats at any time from your workspace settings.
Do you offer a free trial?
Demos are available on request — contact me through the contact page to arrange one. Paid subscriptions begin from the Launch plan at £99/month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Billing adjusts on your next monthly cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe and accept all major debit and credit cards.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Within 7 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a refund if the platform doesn't fit your needs.
Is there an API?
Yes, on the Enterprise Suite plan. The API allows integration with your existing systems alongside custom integration support.
