1. My commitment

I want every person who needs to use Northfield Spaces to be able to do so. I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the public website and the cloud platform, and I treat accessibility as a continuous improvement programme rather than a one-off project.

2. What I do today

Semantic HTML with appropriate landmark structure for assistive technology.
Sufficient colour-contrast ratios across text, buttons and interactive elements.
Keyboard navigation across every interactive component on the public site.
Focus states that are clearly visible for sighted keyboard users.
Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and decorative images marked appropriately.
Resizable text without loss of content or functionality up to 200%.
Form fields with clearly associated labels and accessible error messaging.

3. Known limitations

Some embedded product imagery on this site is decorative and does not include long descriptions. Some legacy customer-uploaded documents inside the platform may not have been authored with accessibility in mind; the platform itself does not modify customer-uploaded files.

4. Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier please email hello@northfieldspaces.co.uk with a description of the issue, the page or screen, the browser and assistive technology you are using. I aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as practicable.

If you need information from this website in an alternative format — such as large print, plain-text email or a different file format — please contact me using the details above and I will provide it where reasonably possible.

6. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as part of every significant release. Where new functionality is shipped, an accessibility check is part of the release checklist. This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever the platform undergoes a material change.
